Orders to the Balearic Islands will have a supplement of 15 €.

Orders can be placed every day. To guarantee the maximum freshness of the product, we manage the orders in this way:
Orders placed from Monday to Thursday until 12.00 noon will be delivered within 24-48 working hours. All orders placed from Thursday from 12.00 noon to Monday at 12.00 noon will be processed on Mondays and will be received within 24-48 working hours.
Why are orders not processed on Fridays?
Because they would be collected on Friday and would be in the carrier's warehouse all weekend, and we would receive them 3 days later.
On rainy days we have to interrupt the collection of oranges. The reason for this is that oranges have a very porous skin and must be harvested with a very dry skin. Even dewdrops mean that we have to wait for the fruit to dry naturally. The water that accumulates due to the action of rain and/or dew, if collected on the skin, can make the fruit not last as long in perfect condition once it has been harvested. For this reason, we must wait for it to dry naturally on the orange tree itself, thanks to the sun and the wind.
Returns
At NARANJAS LOVE we are committed to the quality and freshness of our products, so we have no doubt that they will arrive in perfect condition to your table. However, in case of such a situation, we can proceed to the full refund of the order or to the shipment of a new box. You can contact us to carry out this process. Only the returns will be admitted that are based on an error in the sent product, or in orders that are delivered in bad state, which will have to be indicated in the delivery note at the moment that the order is received.
NARANJAS LOVE will not assume any responsibility for the delay in the delivery of the orders when this one has taken place for an absence in the domicile of the client or the person who responds civilly.
